【Event Details】

◉ Date: Saturday, November 29th | 19:00–21:00 (Reception from 18:45)
◉ Food & Drinks: Light snacks + 2 drinks included
Beer, white wine, red wine, 1 type of non-alcoholic cocktail, cola, soda, green tea, coffee
◉ Age Range: Men 25–42 / Women 24–39
◉ Eligibility: Must be single
◉ Nationality: Mainly Vietnamese (Japanese and other nationalities also welcome)
◉ Participation Fee:
Vietnamese – Female: 400,000 VND / Male: 500,000 VND
Foreigner – Female: 500,000 VND / Male: 700,000 VND
*On the day, there is an additional 50,000 VND charge in cash

After check-in, participants will be divided into groups (e.g., 30 people → 5 groups).
Group A: 6 / Group B: 6 / Group C: 6 / Group D: 6 / Group E: 6

◉ 19:00 – Party Starts!
Opening announcement & toast

◉ 19:00–19:50 – Group Talk Session
The host will give fun discussion topics for everyone to talk about.
(Men will rotate between groups every 10 minutes.)

【Payment Method】
After making a reservation, the event office will contact you individually with payment instructions.
If you do not receive any communication within 3 days after booking, please contact us.

【Cancellation / Changes】
Cancellations or changes are accepted up to 7 days before the event.
After that, regardless of reason:

3 days before the event: 50% cancellation fee

On the day of the event: 100% cancellation fee

【Other Notes】

To maintain a balanced atmosphere, the difference in the number of men and women will be limited to 5. Depending on the situation, participation may be restricted.

Please arrive on time. If you might be late, make sure to contact us.
Those who arrive after the start time without notice may not be allowed to join.
